DocWizard uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to operate the Service, including services such as Amazon S3, Amazon RDS and Amazon ECS.
Uploaded templates and generated documents may be stored using Amazon S3.

These safeguards include measures such as encrypted network communications, access controls and encryption of stored document files.
No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers should also take appropriate steps to protect their accounts and API credentials.
We use third-party providers to operate DocWizard.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, application hosting, databases and file storage.
Clerk — user authentication and identity services.
Stripe — subscription and payment processing.

Customers can delete documents and templates using the functionality provided within DocWizard.
When content is deleted, it will be removed from active systems in accordance with our normal deletion processes.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or disaster-recovery systems before being deleted or overwritten in accordance with our retention practices.
Account, transaction, security or other records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably required for legal, taxation, fraud-prevention, security or compliance purposes.
